Before construction starts, most buildings in Nainital district, from Bhimtal and Bhowali to Sattal, Naukuchiatal, Ramgarh and Mukteshwar, need a map approved by the District Level Development Authority (DLDA). Which documents will I need?
Usually ownership papers (registry or khatauni), the owner's ID proof and the plot details. Every case is a little different, so we give you the exact list after the first site visit.
How long does approval take?
It depends on the authority and on how complete the file is. We keep the file complete from the start to avoid delays, and keep you updated at each stage.
Can you help if my map was rejected?
Yes. Share the objection letter and the drawings; we will tell you what needs to change and resubmit.
